I began my career with State Farm in my husband's agency (Phillip Ngo) which he opened in 2011 and I opened my agency in 2016. Together, my husband & I have over 25 years combined experience with State Farm. Our focus is to inform you about suitable coverage options, available discounts, and different cost levels. We place value in offering you outstanding customer service, a good claim experience, and reasonable cost. My passion is also to help Business Owners save money on Workers Comp Insurance, get the personalized service for Business General Liability Insurance, and have a one-stop shop for Personal Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Umbrella Insurance, Home Insurance, Health Insurance.

Because of the trust & meaningful relationships our agency has built over time, our new customers mostly come from referrals of our existing customers or from out of state State Farm agents for Relocation to CA. We're grateful for all the opportunities our team has been given over the last decade and look forward to serving even more valuable customers like you!

My team is my extended family so we love to participate in community events & giving back to the community together. We spend time hosting sessions with Cal State University, Fullerton and local High Schools to inform students & parents about the importance of insurance planning. We’re also a member of the local Chamber of Commerce & volunteers for different community events.

Outside the office, I love going on a picnic with my daughter (Grace) & my husband at a park or going camping. I also enjoy attending personal development seminars because when I get better as a person / a leader, I can help my customers & my team even more.
